Prof Evandro got PhD in International Law, University of São Paulo. He is now a Professor of International Law at Getulio Vargas Foundation School of Law and Fluminense Federal University School of Law, President of the Brazilian Law Teachers Association (ABEDi). Visiting Professor (Senior Expert) at Center for BRICS Studies, Fudan University, China

He got Faculty Enrichment Award of the Canadian Studies Program. Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (Dfait/MAECI) of the Canadian Government.

He is First Place in the National Competition of Dissertations. Ministry of Education of Brazil, General Consulate of France and Federal Fluminense University.

He is Author or editor of 2 books and 7 papers.
