Dr. GUO got his PhD from Fudan University, China. He has 27 years of teaching experience. Dr. GUO is the Head of the Graduate School, Shanghai University. He is a history professor at Shanghai University, doctoral tutor, director of Center for Global Studies, and Center for Turkish Studies. Prof. GUO is director of Chinese religious society, China Ancient World History Association.
