Dr. JIN got her PhD in Management Science from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology, China, and a joint Ph.D. degree in Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong. She has 8 years of teaching experience and 7 years of corporate experience. She is an associate professor in the School of Management, Shanghai University. Her research interests mainly focus on electronic commerce and knowledge management in new digital social media. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in such journals as Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Management, and others.
