Dr. Bian received his PhD in Management Science & Engineering in University of Science & Technology of China in 2006. He got more than 9 years teaching experience in decision making and information system analysis and design. Dr. Bian joined in Shanghai University in 2006, and now is an associate professor. His research focuses on performance evaluation and decision making with both qualitative and quantitative methods. His research results have been published by Omega-The International Journal of Management Science, Energy Policy, Expert Systems with Applications, Journal of Cleaner Production, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, International Journal of Management and Decision Making and International Journal of Information and Management. He has ever design a performance evaluation system for China Telecommunications Corp.
