Dr. Enping ZHUANG is Professor of Cross-border Managerial Communication and Intercultural Business Communication, adjunct professor of University of Modena, Italy, where he teaches Intercultural Leadership and Managerial Communication. He was a visiting professor in Austin Peal State University, USA, teaching Intercultural Business Communication. He is also an editor of Strategic Business Alliance of International Journal.
