Dr. CHEN got his PhD in Management Informational Systems from University of Arizona, USA. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience and 12 years of corporate experience. Dr. CHEN is a professor of MIS at Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics, California State University Channel Islands, USA. His research interests include Collaboration Technologies and group Decision Support System, Business Process Reengineering and Change Management. Dr. CHEN has been teaching Management Information System in the MBA Program since 2008. Chinese Management Philosophies is a special research by him.
