Prof. Carlos E Teissier got his Ph.D in International Business from Robert Kennedy College in Switzerland. He got 25 years of teaching experience and 18 years of corporate experience. Most of his professional life he has been working in Cross-Cultural Management, Internationalization of Higher Education, Leadership and Intercultural Negotiations. He is a professor at the graduate school of Business at Universidad Regiomontana, where he is also the Director for International Academic Affairs. He has given more than 100 conferences and seminars in more than 12 countries in 3 languages and he has written books and important articles for newspapers and magazines in different parts of the world. He is the author of: ¡°The Integral Model for Internationalizing the University¡±, publication released in 2007 by the EAIE (European Association for International Education).

As a Consultant he has worked with corporations like Coca Cola, Cemex, Ternium, John Deere, Kansas City Southern, FICOSA, Vitro, FEMSA, Heineken, Chrysler and many others, mainly in the topics of Negotiations and Cross Cultural Management. He has participated in diverse joint venture international negotiations.

Dr. Teissier is also a Professor of the PhD program In International Relations at the State University of Nuevo Leon and the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM).
