Dr Jing JIA got the B.S. in Mathematics at Nan Kai University, M.E. in Computer, Ph.D. in Economics and post Ph.D. in Economics at Peking University. And she has been the visiting scholar in University of Waterloo Canada and University of Toronto. She is the dean of Datang University, Datang Telecom She is the dean of Datang University, Datang Telecom Technology and Industry Group.

She is experienced in teaching, research, especially in management in institutions of higher learning, she has got the ¡°Model Teacher in Institutions of Higher Learning" in Tianjin, and ¡°Excellent Science and Technology Workers¡± in Tianjin university.

Dr. Jing JIA has been the senior executive and HR director in Konka Group Co. Ltd. in 1999, the Vice President of CIIC. And she was in charge of Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management and cooperation on Investment and Financing of international projects in 2005. Besides, she was hired by central SOE, worked as Director of China Datang Technological and Economic Research Institute. Currently she is the President of Datang University, Datang Telecom Technology and Industry Group from 2009.
