Dr. Ulrich TEICHLE is teaching in the framework of initial study programmes, master programmes, doctoral programmes and continuing professional education programmes at three universities in Germany as well as teaching experiences, research fellowship experiences and part-time/visiting professorships at universities in 10 other countries (among others the U.S, Japan and the Netherlands).

CV: Born in 1942, study of sociology, doctoral dissertation on higher education and society in Japan, ten years research associate at the Max Planck Institute of Educational Research, Berlin, and 34 years professor at INCHER-Kassel. More than 1,000 academic publications, notably on higher education and the world of work, higher education systems, international mobility and cooperation, and the academic profession. Visits of more than 80 countries. Member of the Academia Europaea and the International Academy of Education, Comenius Prize of UNESCO, Doctor honoris causa of the University of Turku (Finland).
