Mr. CHOW got his Bachelor in Business Administration, Master of Art in Urban Studies in Human Psychology, University of Texas in Arlington. USA. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience and more than 35 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Experience, where he managed a workforce of 8,000 to 20,000 employees. Mr. CHOW is currently the Adjunct Professor in Shanghai University, Wuhan Finance and Law University and Hong Kong University sharing his strategic HR experience with MBA students. His unique dual experience is a specialty in the industry. Mr. CHOW was the HR Director of two listed companies in Hong Kong. He developed a unique HR and Talent Management Model and provided solutions to successfully. The Model has become the profit formula for the company. The Model has won a number of HR, Training and Organization Development awards in Hong Kong, Asia and America. Last year, he set up the TMS Consulting Company with the aim to promote and uplift the quality of HR and Talent Management for Hong Kong and Chinese companies to an international best practiced level. He is an active member in the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, promoting the professionalism of Human Resources in organizations.
