Dr. CHAN received his PhD in Business Administration from University of New Castle, USA. He got over 10 years of teaching experience and 35 years of corporate experience. Dr. Chan was a Chief Legal Representative for Mach++ International Express (China) Ltd, a fully-owned subsidiary of TNT, Corporate Consultant, Spring International Mail (Asia). And Dr. Chan was the Former Managing Director, TNT Greater China.
