Dr. SHAFFER got his Ph.D in Business from University of South Australia, Australia. He has 20 years of teaching experience and 40 years of corporate experience. At present, he is an Adjunct Professor at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He served in insurance, transportation, retail and IT industries in USA and Asia. He teaches a wide range of management subjects to undergraduate and MBA students at United International College PRC, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), The Henley Business School, City University Hong Kong, and Lakeland College (Wisconsin). Dr. Shaffer has been very active in consulting by developing and delivering staff development programs with the Hong Kong government and multinational corporations in Asia.
